Samsung Galaxy smartphones come with a pretty powerful photo editing app built-in, which allows you to crop, add various effects and do a lot more to your photos after capturing them. Recently, a new app update started rolling out to Galaxy smartphones and tablets with a slew of non-detailed bug fixes.
Samsung regularly adds new features to its photo editing app. Recently, after the launch of the Galaxy S22 series of phones, Samsung has brought new object removal tools to the app. On recent Samsung Galaxy devices, you can remove shadows and reflections from your photos and images, and it works pretty well, at least with shadows.
However, the latest update does not bring any new features. Instead, it only brings bug fixes. And since Samsung doesn’t go into detail, we can only hope that any major issues that users may have faced while editing their photos in the Gallery app on their Galaxy device are resolved with the latest version of the app (which may vary depending on your device).
To update to the latest version of Samsung Photo Editor, you can open the Galaxy Store, tap the hamburger button on the top left of the screen, and select Updates. You can also update from the app itself when changing an image by tapping on the corresponding notification.
