Just a few months after the release of the Expert RAW camera app for Galaxy devices, Samsung is back with another cool photography app. available in the Galaxy Store.
Dubbed Galaxy Enhance-X, the app is described as a “a single AI solution for all multimedia enhancements” which analyzes your images for imperfections, enhances them and improves the image to a higher quality, all with the power of artificial intelligence.
At the moment, the application is able to do these features:
- blur removal
- glare removal
- resolution scaling
- sharpness of details
- brighten a low-light image
- Improved HDR effect
- moire pattern removal
Admittedly, the app offers quite an intriguing list of features and functionality. Granted, we’ve seen most of this in several third-party apps, like Adobe’s Lightroom and Photoshop Express, but having a first-party solution is still great.
The best thing about the Galaxy Enhance-X app is that it’s basically non-destructive to the original image – all edits and enhancements are applied to a copy of your image. Like other Galaxy Store exclusive apps, this one may not be available in some regions. It also targets Android 10 phones, which makes it unavailable for older devices.
